We, Cairn Homes Properties Limited, intend to apply to Fingal County Council for permission for a Large-Scale Residential Development at this site located within the Estuary West Lands at “Holybanks”, Swords, Co. Dublin. The proposed development is an amendment to the permitted development FCC Reg. Ref.: LRD0018/S3E.
